Most riders grab whatever looks decent, fits the budget, and feels okay for five minutes inside a store. No long thinking. No second guessing. Just “yeah, this should work.”
And for a while, it does work. Until hands go numb halfway through a ride. Until palms feel slippery in traffic. Until knuckles feel exposed every time a truck passes a little too close. Or worse, until something goes wrong, and suddenly gloves don’t feel like “just gloves” anymore.
